Standard Inspection:
12¢ per sq. ft. with a minimum charge. You will
receive approximately 4 man hours (we always work as a
2 person inspection team and our average time is 2
hours) inspecting 100’s of items. A detailed 9 page
report will be provided and reviewed at the inspection.
The minimum charge will be different on Sundays and Holidays. Commercial inspections are priced individually.

There are additional charges for: detached buildings, crawl
spaces, basements, additional heat and air zones/hot water
tanks, swimming pools, hot tubs, additional stories,
sprinkler systems, water wells/septic tanks, lighting of
appliances.
