ABOUT OUR COMPANY:
Our charges are higher than the “average” home inspection. We charge 12% per sq.ft. and some things (i.e. crawl spaces, swimming pools, dual H&A zones) will be additional.
There is a minimum charge. Please call for our current price. Commercial inspections are priced individually.
This will be an expensive purchase: Don't you want the most thorough inspection you can get?
OUR HIGH LEVEL OF TRAINING:
Every A to Z inspector has passed the “national test”. Approximately 1/2 of Oklahoma Inspectors have not passed any national test
- We teach home inspectors at the college level
- College degree in construction inspections
- Over 1/2 dozen certifications
- We provide inspections for Community Action
- Franklin Electric Submersible Pump School
- OSU Construction Management Certification
- Always a two man team
- Reports provided at the inspection
